Given that Hayden Panettiere is a weapons-grade flirt and that she once made Ellen DeGeneres blush when discussing her sex life, it's unlikely that she'd be terribly embarrassed over a naked guy bursting onto stage anywhere, let alone at the MTV EMAs.
The bit where Lady Gaga made all the heterosexual guys, lesbians and bisexuals jealous by clutching Hayden's ass, on the other hand... now that had to be the real thing. :)
